Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has closed a 41,588-square-foot industrial building sale located at 250 Covington Drive in Bloomingdale, Ill.

The building was used by prior tenant ALTAK for storage and distribution of OEM electronic components and wire harnesses for the automotive and transportation industries.
