Woodmore Towne Centre Adding Pet Supplies Plus and Turning Natural to Retail Line-Up

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced two new signed leases with Pet Supplies Plus (5,265 SF) and Turning Natural (1,259 SF) at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 712,000 square foot grocery-anchored, regional power center in Glenarden, MD. Pet Supplies Plus adds the pet category to the property and Turning Natural is a highly-desired juice concept based in the Washington, DC market which will substantially expand the healthy offerings at Woodmore Towne Centre.

Pet Supplies Plus is focused on making it easier to get better products and services for pets. With over 700 locations in 42 states, the stores have a streamlined design making it easy to navigate a wide assortment of natural pet foods, goods, and services. Turning Natural delivers on a mission of bringing better choices to communities that are underserved; making healthy foods affordable, cool, and ultimately taste like magic. They have three existing locations in the region.

This open-air center combines walkability with conveniences including a wide variety of dining, essential and discretionary retail, beauty and wellness alongside local favorites. Woodmore is a must-visit destination for area residents and workers, including a Nike Unite concept, which focuses on connecting with the local community, and one of the busiest Wegmans supermarkets in the region.
