Conversation Series Program Explores Factors That Affect Location Decisions
Simone Development Companies’ Senior Vice President of Development Megan Guy was a featured panelist on September 24 as the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) Greater New York Chapter explored “How Healthcare Systems Use Real Estate to Advance their Business” as part of their AMFP Conversations series at CannonDesign NYC Office in Manhattan.
The Greater New York chapter hosts this series of programs that is both topical and conversational. The interactive session described the factors that affect healthcare system decisions regarding targeted geography, size, and type of real estate that is needed, whether the asset will be leased or acquired, and the project delivery approach.
In addition to Ms. Guy, moderator Thomas Hickey, AIA, Healthcare Project Architect, Associate Vice President of CannonDesign welcomed speakers Terron Browne, Project Manager, Design + Construction, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Nathan (Nate) Brzozowski, Senior Managing Director, Integrated Consulting Strategies at Savills.
