Bergen  Town Center Signs Four New Leases Bringing Highly Desired Brands To Prime Destination

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced that they have signed more than 12,000 SF in new leases at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ bringing some highly desired brands to the well-positioned property. Bath & Body Works and Crumbl have recently opened and First Watch and Tacoria aim to open in 2025.

  • Bath & Body Works (4,157 SF), home of America’s Favorite Fragrances®, is a global leader in personal care and home fragrance\
  • Crumbl (2,138 SF) brings freshly baked cookies with a cult following
  • First Watch (4,790 SF) is an award-winning daytime dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch using fresh ingredients with table service that pairs well with dinner-only neighbor Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse
  • Tacoria (1,654 SF) is a NJ-based Mexican street food quick service concept and will be adjacent to Cava
