ECI Software Solutions, a Westlake, TX-based provider of cloud-based business management software and services, acquired Avid Ratings, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of customer experience solutions designed specifically for the homebuilding industry.

The strategic acquisition will expand ECI’s industry-specific solutions for homebuilders by adding advanced customer experience management tools and AI-powered platforms, enabling builders to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Led by CEO Aaron Everson, Avid Ratings specializes in measuring and analyzing customer feedback at every stage of the homebuyer journey. With its flagship product, AvidCX™, the company streamlines customer experience management for homebuilders with deep analytics and feedback tools. It brings additional technology to ECI with its AI-powered AvidWarranty™ platform, currently under development, and the post-move-in home management platform, HomeKeep™. By creating integration capabilities with ECI’s existing integrated home construction solutions, including MarkSystems® and Lasso®, the company will be able to deliver more data sharing and automation capabilities for its customers.
