Davinci Café and KC Market Now Open at Oasis Hallandale

Davinci Café and KC Market have opened at the 10-acre Oasis Hallandale mixed-use district, bringing premier gourmet grocery and elevated dining to Hallandale Beach’s rapidly growing community.

Davinci Café offers an upscale dining experience along Hallandale Beach Boulevard, with a menu that blends European and Asian flavors with specialty coffee offerings. Known for its fresh take on traditional recipes and unique flavor combinations, the café is a true paradise for coffee lovers, led by Ukrainian Barista Champion Pavel Spitsyn. Open daily, Davinci provides a welcoming, pet-friendly atmosphere.

KC Market, occupying 10,000 square feet, marks the brand’s second location since its founding in 2019. The market features a full gourmet grocery selection, catering, a butcher, and an onsite bakery with fresh kosher pastries and breads. Additionally, it hosts a variety of concession vendors offering diverse kosher flavors.

MGM Construction has also joined Oasis Hallandale, securing 4,300 square feet of office space for its new Hallandale Beach headquarters, slated for delivery in Q1 2025. The headquarters will house the company’s employees and serve as a central base for MGM’s operations in the region. As the construction company behind Oasis Hallandale, MGM Construction has been recognized as GC of the Year in the Large category as well as a Great Place to Work, with recent projects including NINE Hollywood and Deco Green in Lake Worth.

Oasis Hallandale, located at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, is a transformative development designed to anchor a new live-work-play center in the thriving beachfront city. The 10-acre mixed-use community features over 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 35,000 square feet of office space, and nearly 1,500 parking spaces.

The first phase of retail at Oasis Hallandale is now fully sold out, bringing a dynamic mix of retail, dining and lifestyle offerings to the city. Current tenants include Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental, and Dr. Branovan ENT, with additional retailers and restaurants set to open soon. Construction is well underway on the first of two 25-story residential towers, with the west tower topping off this November. The entire mixed-use community is expected to be completed by 2026, establishing Oasis Hallandale as a true, walkable city center for Hallandale Beach.
