IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, announced today the hiring of Jeremy Slocumb as a director, responsible for arranging equity for institutional clients.
Based in Dallas, Slocumb will work closely with the greater Texas capital markets team as well as the firm’s Texas-based investment sales teams. Slocumb’s primary focus is equity placements for multifamily and industrial properties. His experience spans facilitating partnerships for ground-up development, property acquisition and recapitalizations throughout Texas and the Southeastern United States.

Slocumb joins the firm from Greysteel, where he co-led the firm’s National Structured Finance team. While there, he arranged over $125 million in equity placements, contributing to more than $600 million in total deal capitalization. His career began at CBRE in Houston, Texas.
