CBRE Senior Vice President Larry GenetExecutive Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and Senior Associate Jake Zebede negotiated the sale of a 60,000 square foot warehouse on 2.62 acres of land located at 6721 NW 36th Avenue in Hialeah, Florida.

The seller was Forte Capital Management.

No other brokers were involved in the transaction. 

The building is fully fenced and secured and serviced via 10 dock high doors and one ramp.  Other features include concrete block construction, ±8% office build-out, 16’-20’ clear heights and on rail. The property is located 5 miles from Miami International Airport and only 7 minutes from all South Florida’s thoroughfares including the Florida Turnpike, I-95 and I-75. The property is zoned IU2, City of Miami.

The property sold for $6,530,540 or $115.00 per square foot.
