A10 Capital LLC (“A10”), a leading middle-market commercial real estate bridge lender, today announced the launch of a 2nd strategic joint venture (“JV”) with a global alternative investment manager with nearly $25 billion of assets under management.
This JV will enable A10 Capital to significantly expand its lending capacity and better serve the upper end of the middle market with loan sizes ranging from $30 million to $100 million, including the ability to structure “stretch seniors” to facilitate the refinance of the upcoming loan maturity wave. With a total capacity of $1.4 billion, the JV is well-positioned to fund a substantial volume of new bridge loans.
