Last week, real estate industry insiders attended the second annual Elevate Conference hosted by Zonda, the nation’s leading platform providing data-driven housing market solutions, who joined forces with Hundred Stories PR and the Wall Street Journal to present this three-day sold-out gathering.

The event was held from December 9th – 11th at the iconic Fontainebleau, Miami Beach, FL.
“Elevate brought together industry leaders behind some of the most luxurious and notable buildings in the world. Their deep insights into the state of the industry and thoughts on future trends will impact the direction of companies in high-end markets across the country and the world,” remarked Kimberly Byrum, Managing Principal – Multifamily at Zonda.

From high-rises designed to promote longevity to homes with integrated smart technology that monitors air quality, temperature, and nutrition needs, these pioneers are shaping the future of residential living.
“Elevate was designed to empower the new home high-rise industry, bringing together forward-thinking innovators from across North America and providing an in-depth look at an evolving marketplace—and this year’s conference exceeded all expectations,” said Matthew Slutsky, Vice President of Business Development at Livabl. “Building on last year’s success, we delivered even greater insights and value, and we look forward to sustaining this momentum in the years to come.”
