Dallas-based food brand offers healthy and kid-approved alternatives that taste good too
Ohla! Foods announced today the debut of its products in all Central Market locations throughout Texas. The Dallas-based health food brand was founded in 2020 by Lauren Schwalb, a North Texas businesswoman and mother of two with a passion for bringing people together with healthy and authentic food. In addition to the new retail partner, Ohla! Foods unveiled its newest product, the Ch!pOhla!, which is the only almond flour chip on the market and joins the current product line-up of Almond Flour Tortillas.
After struggling to find healthy, kid-friendly alternatives to traditional staples for her family, like tortillas and chips, Schwalb set out to create authentic and tasty options made from whole ingredients. Working with the toughest taste-testers she knows, her two daughters, and food scientists, Schwalb developed high-quality products that are gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free, and taste good too.
Each package of Ohla! Foods Almond Flour Tortillas features eight delicious tortillas that can be ready to serve in minutes by just heating each side on a skillet for a few seconds. The new Ch!pOhla! is the perfect mix between a chip and cracker and can go with any dip or be enjoyed by itself. The chips are sold in individual packages, easy for on-the-go snacking or quick bites.
