Bridge Industrial Vice President Aaron Hirschl and Partner Kevin Carroll along with CBRE Executive Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and Senior Vice President Larry Genet have leased Bridge Fort Lauderdale Logistics Park to 100% occupancy.
The land was originally bought from the Broward County School Board in 2018/2019. Bridge Industrial had the property rezoned and subsequently built two Class A industrial Building for a total of ±174,129 SF. Bridge FLL is located at 3233 S.W. 12th Avenue and 3303 S.W. 12 Avenue at the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport.

We continue to be extremely active across South Florida with over 3 million square feet of industrial product currently under construction.”
