Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Roger Dickens to Service Manager at Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane Apartments. Mr. Dickens has worked for CRC since 2019 as a Service Technician.
In his new role with the company, Mr. Dickens will focus on a wide variety of responsibilities to assure a high level of service of the 243 multifamily apartment homes within Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane Apartments in Towson, Maryland. His responsibilities will include overseeing two service technicians in completing service requests, performing upkeep on common area grounds, maintaining curb appeal of the assets, and providing mentorship to the team. He will also perform preventative maintenance work and supervise the activities of third-party vendors.
Mr. Dickens has more than 16 years of maintenance and supervisory experience in the multifamily and hospitality industries. He worked as a Facility Manager at Village Management, Marriot, and HH Midtown (student housing for University of Baltimore) as the Director of Engineering. Along with his experience, he has furthered his education and professional development at Essex Community College (Business Management), the Community College of Baltimore City (Construction Management) and the Community College of Baltimore County – Catonsville(Construction). He performs community volunteer work with the Save the Children Foundation and Meals on Wheels.
