Kasisto, a NYC-based creator of a digital experience platform for the financial services industry, closed a $15.5m Series C funding round.
The round, which brought total funding to date to $67m, was co-led by new investors Naples Technology Vendors (NTV) and NCR Corporation with participation from current investors. In conjunction with the funding, Mike Abbaei, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Naples Technology Ventures, will be joining the Kasisto board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth, with investments in sales, business development, marketing, strategy, and customer success functions.
Led by Zor Gorelov, CEO, Kasisto provides a conversational AI powered platform, KAI, for financial services industry players to engage with millions of consumers around the world, all the time, across multiple channels, in different languages, optimized for performance, scalability, security, and compliance. Customers include J.P. Morgan, Westpac, Standard Chartered, TD, Manulife Bank, and credit unions such as Fairwinds and Excite – and more.
The company also has offices in Silicon Valley and Singapore.
