Triton North Acquires Heritage Cove Apartments, a 90-unit Apartment Complex in Temple Terrace, Tampa

Triton North has announced the successful acquisition of Heritage Cove Apartments, a 90-unit apartment complex located in the fast-paced growing submarket of Temple Terrace in Tampa, Florida. “We remain expanding our portfolio in key markets while passionately believing in doing things right. The property is centrally located within minutes distance from a large concentration of Hospitals, the recently inaugurated Amazon fulfillment Center, Bush Gardens, Yuengling, and the University of South Florida, one of the largest schools in the nation.

The acquisition is part of the group’s expansion strategy set to acquire 1,200 multifamily units by 2022.
