Based at the company’s Baltimore headquarters, the group will handle general maintenance and pro-active tasks designed to maintain peak operating efficiency of St. John Properties’ portfolio of Class ‘A’ commercial office, flex/R&D and retail space throughout the Maryland region. The team will also respond to client service calls, perform regular inspections on all assets and work directly with the Project and Property Management divisions to preserve the value of the entire portfolio.
