Caroline Saiz Joins Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman

Caroline Saiz is an associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Division. Her practice focuses on representing management in municipal government agencies.

Prior to joining the Firm, Caroline was staff counsel at the largest police union in Florida for ten years, providing her with in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of labor law in the public sector. In this role she represented employees in all aspects of arbitration hearings, disciplinary appeals, collective bargaining grievances, and administrative investigations.

In addition to her labor law experience, Caroline has practiced dependency law. Prior to law school, Caroline utilized her management and marketing degrees in the business field.

Caroline graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where she was inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel and founded the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund student organization.

Caroline is passionate about animal welfare. She co-founded and serves as the vice-president for a local 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization.
