
Globe St. Real Estate Forum has selected RangeWater Real Estate’s Executive Managing Director Tracy Bowers as a Woman to Watch at the 2021 Woman of Influence Awards. She was named among top women executives who have impacted the market and driven the industry to new heights through their outstanding leadership and successes.
According to Globe St., this award is an “editorial recognition category chosen by the judges. The females chosen in this category are rising stars (not necessarily age related) whose accomplishments, ambition and talent have made them standout professionals who have the skills, characteristics and vision that defines success, excellence and leadership in commercial real estate. We look forward to seeing continued great things from group of individuals.”
The honor was announced at the third annual Globe St. Women of Influence Awards Dinner in Park City, Utah on July 22, 2021.

Bowers joined RangeWater in 2011, managing 100,000 units across the Southeast and Southwestern United States at the time. Bowers has since successfully led the lease-up efforts of more than 200 new developments and orchestrated and executed strategic plans for 85 value-add projects.
Bowers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Georgia, a Master’s degree in Management/Organizational Behavior from Georgia State University and an interior design degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a member of the National Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association and the Atlanta Apartment Association. She currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Apartment Association and was the chair of the association in 2019.
