The newest member of Surety’s executive team will be responsible for working hands on with the entire sales department, developing training and evaluation programs that will enhance customer focused initiatives. Based at the corporate headquarters in Marlton, New Jersey, Bob will also contribute to discussions of corporate goals and be integral in the implementation of its strategic plans. This specifically includes those that involve the Surety commitment to blend the latest technology and the people that use it.
Speaking of the industry veteran, who joins Surety after 16 years in his prior company, “I’ve known Bob for years and his reputation is beyond reproach in the title industry,” says Keith Langan, Principal, Executive Vice President of Surety. “He not only recognizes the strength of sitting face-to-face with clients but at his core is the belief that there is nothing more important than treating others with respect and kindness.” Surety President, Brian Klaus goes on to add, “Businesses today cannot survive without technology however far too often connecting on a personal level can get lost.
