Land has worked with many successful, influential business owners of Fortune 50 companies and has a history of directly supporting Chairman/CEO-level leaders of top US Corporations.
She brings an exceptional depth of knowledge in achieving aggressive targets and dynamic growth with maximum efficiency.
Megan knows what it takes to perform at the highest levels. She is driven and has worked alongside some of the largest US companies during major growth initiatives. Including the CMO of Nextel whom she worked with for many years, as well as the CEO of Network Solutions and the President and COO of Strayer Education, all during pivotal corporate transitional actions.
Megan has worked side-by-side with the Nextel CMO and leadership as they negotiated and later managed the Nextel Cup NASCAR 10-year Sponsorship, a Multi-Billion-dollar joint venture. Recognized for her exemplary roles in support of major initiatives during the Sprint/Nextel merger, she was promoted as Chairman and CEO’s Executive Assistant.

Megan has repeatedly been entrusted with confidential and sensitive matters because of her exceptional rapport across all levels.
