SkyREM Acquires Cedar Creek Industrial Park in Fayetteville, NC

SkyREM, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Cedar Creek Industrial Park, encompassing approximately 360 acres in Fayetteville, NC. All road and utility infrastructure are in place, creating multiple ready to build sites within minutes of I-95 for new and existing businesses looking to relocate and expand in the area. Tenants will join a new Campbell’s Soup Distribution Center located within the park. The land was purchased from Cumberland County.

The project has the potential for upwards of 1.6 million square feet of Class A industrial space across multiple buildings and the project could include trailer and auto parking, as well as ceiling heights of 40 feet and greater should it be desired by a prospective tenant.

This project is one of multiple speculative development projects SkyREM is planning across the East Coast, which includes over 2 million square feet in the advanced development planning stages. Thomas Turner of Newmark has been chosen to handle leasing for the property.
