At Fiske & Company, one of South Florida’s oldest CPA firms, Lauren Krasner and Brian Rohl, CPA, ABV, CFF were promoted to Manager of Forensic and Valuation Services. Previously, Krasner and Rohl were Senior Associates of Forensic and Valuation Services.
Krasner performs business valuations of entities in a variety of industries for estate and gift tax purposes, buy/sell engagements, shareholder disputes, intellectual property valuations and other valuation and litigation purposes. In her new role, Krasner will also provide litigation support and assist the forensic accounting team with cases related to economic damages, shareholder disputes, lost profits, business interruption claims, breach of contract, patent infringement, marital disputes, fraud, professional negligence and eminent domain. She also provides support to the forensic team with her knowledge from previous experience leading audit engagements and serving small to medium size clients in various industries, including insurance, construction, financial institutions and education.
Rohl’s professional experience includes providing litigation support and forensic accounting related to economic damages, shareholder disputes, lost profits, business interruption claims, breach of contract, marital disputes, personal injury, patent and trademark infringement, product liability, fraud and professional negligence, and eminent domain. In his new role, Rohl will be applying his previous audit experience and assisting in business valuations in litigation matters. He will also be leading engagements and has begun representing client matters as an expert witness during court cases.

Prior to joining Fiske & Company, Krasner and Rohl worked for local and national accounting firms, providing a high level of client service to a diverse client base.
Rohl is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on multiple committees throughout his involvement in the organizations.
Krasner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from the University of Florida in Gainesville and graduated from the International Internship Programme at Richmond, The American International University in London.
Rohl graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida.
