The Real Estate Lenders Association is pleased to announce incoming national Chairwoman Karen Ramos, Managing Director, LoanSyndications at CreditAgricole CIB. Karen has been a long time activeNew York City Chapter officer with RELA serving asChapter Presidentfrom 2015 to 2017 and has also served on the national board since 2017. She has been instrumental in the growth of theorganization whilemaintaining the core values of RELA.
Karen has worked primarily at European and American financialinstitutions (Credit Agricole CIB, ING Group, GE Capital and Capital OneBank) based in New York onCommercial Real Estate balance sheet, largeloan transactions including corporate facilities and mortgageloans (singleassetand portfolio of assets).
In addition to RELA, Karen is a memberof WX New York WomenExecutives in Real Estate and has also served on the Board (as Secretary) ofNew York Commercial Real Estate for Women. Karen was recognized in2017 as one of the Women ofValor Recipients by St. Francis Food Pantriesand Shelters of New York.
