St. John Properties Selects Bryan Moran As Leasing Representative In Central Colorado Region

DENVER, CO (February 1, 2021) –St. John Properties, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment company active in the central Colorado region since 1987, has selected Bryan Moran as Leasing Representative. He was formerly an Associate with Broad Street Realty, Inc.

In his new role with St. John Properties, Mr. Moran will assist with pro-active marketing and leasing activities designed to attract new clients to the company’s portfolio of commercial office,flex/R&D,retail and warehouse buildings. This includes canvasing the central Colorado region for prospective clients, generating leads for new business opportunities and forming and strengthening new and existing relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals. Mr. Moran will also play a role in lease renewal negotiations.

Mr. Moran brings more than 10 years of business and related commercial real estate experience to this new position. In addition to working with a national real estate development company, he functioned as a Portfolio Manager for Self Storage Services and worked in the financial sector for Caliber Home Loans, SunTrust Mortgage and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Mr. Moran earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
