
Colliers is pleased to announce that Starbucks has leased a pad site located at the corner of Post Oak Boulevard and Post Oak Park Drive in Houston, Texas. The tenant, Starbucks, was represented by Lasater Miller with The Retail Connection. Kim Lenardson and Hannah Tosch of Colliers represented the owner, Regent Properties, in the transaction.

The pad site sits on 0.54 acres and will accommodate the 2,100 square foot building including a drive-thru, space for parallel parking and multiple patios. The location is just inside the 610 Loop adjacent to Park Towers South and has prominent signage on West Loop South.
The property is located in Houston’s Inner Loop River Oaks retail submarket. The submarket contains 13.1 million square feet of retail inventory which is 95% occupied. 116,000 square feet of new inventory delivered over the past year and approximately 151,000 square feet is under construction.
