Retail Property Sold in Ashland for a New Panda Express Location

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 809 England Street in Ashland, Virginia.

CFT NV Developments, LLC purchased the 6,250 square foot retail building, situated on 2.5 acres, from RWC Investments, LLC for $1,005,000 as an investment with plans to develop a Panda Express fast-casual Chinese restaurant with a drive-thru.
