Kristina Rodriguez joins the Virginia and Raleigh markets after previously working with the Dallas office.
Colliers welcomes Kristina Rodriguez as the new regional operations manager for brokerage for its Virginia and Raleigh offices. She will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective delivery of the corporate support processes for the brokerage division, including the human resources, finance, and information technology areas. Most recently, Rodriguez served in brokerage operations for a top producing brokerage team within the Dallas office.

While at Colliers, Rodriguez helped found the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Pillar for Colliers’ North America Diversity and Inclusion Program for the Veterans Initiative, a program focused on providing opportunities in recruiting, mentoring, networking, and professional development for military veterans working at Colliers. Rodriguez previously served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army.

Rodriguez comes with more than 18 years of industry experience holding various roles in commercial real estate. Prior to Colliers, she spent 13 years in multifamily management followed by five years with Cushman and Wakefield. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a minor in psychology, from Louisiana State University.
