Leading International Health Club to Open in 42,154 Square Feet in Q’4 at Super-Regional Shopping Center
Heritage Partners, a national full-service real estate development firm with a strong focus in the Mid-Atlantic markets, today announced the firm signed a 42,154-square-foot lease with LA Fitness, a property of Fitness International, one of the largest health club operators in the US, at Woodmore Towne Centre shopping center located in Glenarden in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The health club is slated to open in Q’4 2021.

Scheduled to open Late November/early December, the health club will feature state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, cardio machines, swimming pool, spa, sauna, and group fitness classes, including yoga and indoor cycling. There will also be basketball courts, a Kids Klub with onsite babysitting, and personal training.
LA Fitness joins anchor retailers Wegmans, Costco, Nordstrom Rack, At Home, Best Buy, Old Navy, Petco, and Party City at the 245-acre mixed-use regional lifestyle development. Leading restaurants and fast-casual brands, such as Chipotle, CAVA, Starbucks, Copper Canyon, and Silver Diner among others, offer numerous dining options.
