Terrabank has announced the promotion of Adriana Nino to Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director where she will develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to recruit and retain staff.
Nino joined Terrabank in 1997. She has over 20 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, labor relations and change management, and has helped transform the bank’s HR department from an administrative role to a strategic partner working with senior management.
“Adriana is an experienced leader. She has also delivered exceptional results and we know she will continue to be instrumental in the bank’s ongoing success,” states Antonio Uribe, President and CEO of Terrabank.
Previously, she was assistant manager at UCFC representative office of Banco Union del Paraguay in Miami where she was responsible for human resources and assisted in the procurement of new business.
She holds a certification in human resources from Florida International University, and a human resources certificate from Barry University in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management. In addition, she studied law at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
