The Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 is pleased to announce that Shane Hayes, Managing Partner with GB Property Management Group in Boston (GBPMBoston), has earned the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager®) designation.
Hayes was installed as an ARM designee during a recent dinner ceremony held at Granite Links in Quincy, Massachusetts.
The residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Shane’s achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “ARM certification is highly acknowledged within the property management industry, and attaining its designation is a professional milestone.”
