Commercial real estate investment firm closes on eighth property in 2021 Marking more than $30 Million in purchases this year
Based in Jupiter, FL, EML Realty Partners recently announced the acquisition of a 30,000 square foot multi-tenant small bay warehouse located at 1097 Jupiter Park Drive in Jupiter, FL. The warehouse is located in the highly sought-after Jupiter Commerce Park near Indiantown Road and I-95. This off-market deal was brought to EML Realty Partners by Jupiter-based Business Real Estate, Inc. The purchase price was $5 million, which equates to $166 per square foot. This marks EML Realty Partner’s eighth acquisition in 2021 with an excess of more than $30 million in purchases to date in 2021.
