Brush Country Claims, an independent adjusting firm using innovative proprietary technology, welcomes insurance expert Branton Cooke as its Client Director to maintain and exceed its top-level customer service. Cooke brings more than 11 years of insurance sales, adjustment and training experience in various areas and industries, so he is a perfect addition to the rapidly growing Brush Country Claims team.
As the newly appointed Client Director, Cooke will work closely with the firm’s vast roster of insurance carriers of all sizes and various lines of business, including: commercial, catastrophe, excess lines, mobile homes, farm + ranch and self-insured retention. He will oversee all field and supervisor training and orientation efforts, spearhead the charge for catastrophe deployments, and uphold the company’s high standards with thorough quality assurance checks. Cooke brings a unique perspective on insurance after having owned an insurance agency, leading multiple independent adjusting catastrophe teams, and serving as a corporate trainer for one of Florida’s largest homeowners insurance companies. In partnership with President and Chief Operating Officer, Troy Stewart, and Chief Strategy Officer, Joshua Cruce, Cooke will help with the roll out of the firm’s innovative and proprietary technology that will benefit both insurance carriers, the firm’s independent adjusters and in turn, the policyholders.

Over the past decade, Cooke has become known for his ability to develop meaningful and strategic relationships across the board. Prior to joining Brush Country Claims, Cooke held numerous positions at all levels and aspects of insurance, including: agent, claims adjuster, catastrophe adjuster, training coordinator and more. He holds seven certifications, such as: certified registered insurance instructor and a certified general adjuster from the Society of General Adjusters.
