Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, has added Dawn Marshall as Special Counsel in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Marshall joins the firm’s Professional Liability Department where she focuses her practice on first party property litigation.
A litigator for more than 25 years in a variety of areas, Ms. Marshall has spent more than a decade handling first party property litigation and defending insurance carriers with regard to claims in Florida.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ms. Marshall practiced in multiple fields including general commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and asbestos defense litigation. She also previously served the community as an adjunct instructor in the Legal Studies Program at Florida International University for more than 20 years. This program provides education to local legal para-professionals.
A graduate of Indiana University, Ms. Marshall received her juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
