National residential homebuilder relocating to 20130 Lakeview Center Plaza
Dan Ryan Builders, a national residential homebuilder, has signed a lease for 6,479 square feet of space at 20130 Lakeview Center Plaza with Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC with intentions to relocate its Northern Virginia Division Office to the site located in the Ashburn section of Northern Virginia. Dan Ryan Builders Mid-Atlantic, LLC is responsible for all land acquisition, development and construction activities for the greater Northern Virginia region. Todd McManus, Senior Vice President, Advisory Services for Edge represented the tenant and Neil Alt, Senior Vice President, Managing Director for Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord in this leasing transaction.
Dan Ryan Builders operates in eight states throughout the country including Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. A division of DRB Group, the company offers a diverse range of single-family and townhome floorplans and is presently active in four communities in the local region.
20130 Lakeview Center Plaza is one of two four-story buildings situated within Lakeview at University Center, a mixed-use business community that includes a SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel and various sit-down and fast-casual restaurants. The building is equipped with an on-site fitness facility and tenant conference lounge and is adjacent to the shops and restaurants of One Loudoun. The site overlooks Loudoun County Parkway and is close to VA Route 7.
