EYA, LLC (EYA) will break ground on the Townhomes at Graham Park, a new 8.3-acre townhome development in Falls Church, VA adjacent to the revitalized retail at the Graham Park Shopping Center.
The Townhomes at Graham Park opened for sales this month and the neighborhood is already the fastest selling townhome community in the region. When complete, it will feature 150 new townhomes priced from the mid $600s, and 22 homes (12.5 percent of total units) included in Fairfax County’s affordable housing (ADU) program.
