Colliers is pleased to announce Megan Sullivan has been promoted to vice president.
Sullivan specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings, representing 1.4 million square feet in the Richmond MSA for both regional and institutional property owners.
“Megan’s promotion to vice president reflects her dedication to the firm, the industry, and our clients,” stated Joe Marchetti, managing director of Richmond brokerage. “She plays an integral part in growing our landlord and tenant rep services for the office sector and we’re excited to see what’s next for Megan.”
Sullivan join the firm in 2015 as a senior associate immediately upon graduating from the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate.
