Commercial real estate investment firm closes on ninth property in 2021 Marking more than 35 Million in purchases this year
Based in Jupiter, FL, EML Realty Partners recently announced the acquisition of the property home of Sailfish Brewery headquarters, located at 130 N. 2nd Street in Fort Pierce, FL. The 24,000 square foot property will remain the home of the Sailfish Brewery brewing facility, distribution center, and full-service restaurant and tasting room. Jeremy Howard, broker and owner of Jupiter-based INLET Properties & Investments brokered this off-market deal, valued at two million. This marks EML Realty Partner’s ninth acquisition in 2021 with an excess of more than 35 million in total purchases to date in 2021.
