The Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 is proud to announce that the organization recently honored Jeffrey Winnick as the 2020 Friend of IREM of the Year. Winnick was presented with the award during a virtual ceremony held by the organization on December 2.
Winnick manages client relations for Swerling Milton Winnick. He joined the SMW team in an official capacity more than 10 years ago, joining his father Paul’s mission to help clients rebuild and recover after a loss. Winnick focuses on sales and marketing for SMW, which involves enlisting new clients, explaining the claims process, on-site organization, and ensuring every client is well cared for during the entire recovery and claims process. Winnick’s management skills are especially valuable at the beginning stages of a claim, when hectic situations can be overwhelming for anyone suffering a loss. Winnick’s ability to calmly explain the process of recovery provides valuable relief to SMW clients.
“Jeff has always provided great reassurance and consideration to his clients, and its these same traits that make him such a great friend to our organization,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “The 2020 Friend of IREM of the Year is an award that Jeff is most deserving of.”
