Manish Shah is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Community Health Systems, responsible for driving exceptional patient care by delivering a high-value digital experience across 85 hospitals operating in 16 states. Shah also oversees technology and digital systems development and implementation, supporting the company’s various businesses and functions with his primary focus on digital transformation, interoperability exchange and business intelligence and analytics.
Shah has over 35 years of experience in global information technology, with extensive experience in business transformation, organization design, and acquisition integration in various industries including manufacturing, information services and healthcare.
Prior to Community Health Systems, Shah was Senior Vice President of IT Infrastructure for Aurora Health Care. Shah has been a member of the Heritage Healthcare Technology Fund, the Nashville Technology Council, the Center for Medical Interoperability (C4MI), the Google Productivity & Collaboration Customer Advisory Board and an Advisory Board member for both AT&T and Verizon. He also serves on the board of Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK). Shah is also active in charitable organizations, including Safe Haven, the National MS Society and Habitat for Humanity, in the Nashville, TN area.
David Wezdenko is Co-founder and CEO of Blue Leaf Ventures, a micro venture capital investment and advisory firm. Additionally, he is an independent trustee for the Nationwide family of mutual funds and an Executive Junior Board Member for Bigs & Littles NYC. He has previously served on the board for Urban Pathways New York and held several board positions while at J.P. Morgan. Wezdenko is active in charitable organizations, including Breakthrough New York and Catholic Charities of Palm Beach and New York City.
Wezdenko has over 35 years in operation, technology and business transformation experience in the financial services industry. He has held several executive roles in the asset management, wealth management and investment banking practices at J.P. Morgan, Evercore, and Fidelity Investments. He also served as a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
