Experienced Realtor brings substantial local knowledge to Illustrated’s growing team
Illustrated Properties, a member of The Keyes Family of Companies, announces the addition of Mohammed Ismail, a top producer in the West Palm Beach market. Ismail’s vast real estate experience and hospitality background will benefit Illustrated’s growing West Palm Beach office.
Ismail is a West Palm Beach resident with deep ties to the community that have served him well as a Realtor. He brings over 20 years of real estate, hospitality and retail experience to his new role with Illustrated.

Before becoming a Realtor, Ismail spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry as an employee at PGA National Resorts and Spa and The Breakers. His 10 years as a Realtor is highlighted by his tenure at Schelling & Associates, where he earned many accolades and flourished as the go-to Realtor in the Bangladeshi community of South Florida.
With Illustrated, Ismail will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, assisting with negotiations, completing transactions and analyzing current market trends. He will seek to provide the highest quality real estate services to each of his clients from beginning to end.

Luxury single-family sales in the county increased by 6.3% year-over-year during the third quarter of 2021, according to the Keyes/Illustrated Quarterly Luxury Report. Palm Beach Island’s average single-family luxury sales price skyrocketed by 114.1% year-over-year to $14.8 million (rising by 26.6% quarter-over-quarter as well). Average days on market for $1 million-and-up single-family listings plunged by 67.2% year-over-year, and 49.2% quarter-over-quarter, to 65.
