HERNDON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Northwest Federal Credit Union recently promoted Erin Krause to Chief Member Experience Officer (CXO). Krause has been the Senior Vice President of Lending since 2017 and has been employed with the credit union for over 40 years.
The new position marks an expansion of Northwest’s Executive Team and signals a renewed focus on growth as a member-centered credit union. The role oversees Northwest’s branches, call center, marketing and communications.
“Erin has achieved great success in the lending department helping us grow our balance sheet in difficult times,” said President and CEO of Northwest Federal, Jeff Bentley. “Now she will bring her knowledge and experience to expand our focus on member service and the member experience at Northwest.”
Krause was instrumental in creating and implementing the first mortgage program at the credit union in 2000, which is now one of the largest credit union mortgage lending and servicing programs in the nation. At Northwest, Krause gained experience managing the mortgage lending, consumer lending, member solutions and indirect lending departments.
“I am excited to begin a new chapter with Northwest, especially as we move towards solidifying a cohesive approach to member service and engagement,” said Krause. “Our members are the backbone of this credit union and their experience is vital to our success.”
