Terrabank has announced the promotion of Esther Pascual-Diaz to Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. In her role, she will direct and monitor the application of the bank’s credit policy and will have oversight over loan personnel to ensure the bank’s loan policies and procedures are followed.

Pascual-Diaz joined Terrabank in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in credit governance and management, loan review and business development.
Before joining Terrabank, she was executive vice president and chief credit and corporate risk manager at Intercredit Bank N.A. Prior to that she was senior vice president, chief credit officer at Bank of Coral Gables.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Augusta University in Georgia.
