January 4, 2022 (Philadelphia, PA) – Griesing Law, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Kate Frenzinger as a Member in the Firm’s Employment practice group where she will be heading the Firm’s Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Kate has practiced law for over fifteen years and brings her extensive practice in commercial dispute resolution, employment defense, and employment counseling to the Firm. Kate regularly provides advice and counsel to clients on various employment-related matters, including policy development and implementation, management training, auditing, and dispute avoidance and resolution. In addition, Kate represents clients in all stages of investigations and proceedings by federal or state agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and the state attorneys general’s office.

Kate is an established litigator and trial lawyer with a diverse range of experience in employment defense for matters relating to employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and non-compete and trade secrets litigation. She also utilizes her e-discovery and document management skills to effectively assist clients in developing corporate document management policies.
Prior to joining Griesing Law, Kate was a founding partner of the Scottsdale, Arizona office of a Tucson-based law firm. She also practiced at large, international law firms and a boutique litigation firm where she focused on domestic and cross-broader commercial transactions and state and federal regulatory matters.
Kate has been recognized by multiple legal rankings such as America’s Top 100 Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers for her expertise in employment law. In addition, she frequently speaks and presents CLE on various employment-related topics. Kate received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she and graduated cum laude and received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
