Harbor Stone Advisors has executed the sale of Baltimore Loft Apartments, located on 8 E Fayette St in Downtown Baltimore. The property consists of 20 luxury apartments and 1 ground floor retail space. Harbor Stone Advisors President, Justin Verner, and Senior Advisor, Brooks Healy, served as exclusive advisor and agent to the Virginia based seller, Cambridge Holdings LLC. The purchaser was a private buyer based in New Jersey.
