Coastal Construction Promotes Brandon Moore and Brian Perantoni To Regional VPs

Florida-based Coastal Construction Group, one of the Southeast’s leading privately held construction companies, is pleased to announce the appointments of Brandon T. Moore and Brian Perantoni Jr., to regional vice presidents.

Moore will be responsible for managing operations in Miami-Dade to Monroe County, while Perantoni oversees Broward and Palm Beach. As regional vice presidents, both Moore and Perantoni will be responsible for business development, client relations, management and administration.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction, Moore has worked as a development executive and project management professional in the hospitality, residential multi-family, office, retail, entertainment, and resort sectors from Florida to California, totaling over $3 billion in value. Moore holds a master’s in business administration and a master’s and bachelor’s in building construction, from the University of Florida. Moore is also a LEED Accredited Professional and has taught as an adjunct professor for 11 years, currently at the University of Miami.

A South Florida native, Perantoni has more than 21 years in the construction industry. His experience ranges from extensive commercial and public work, to airport and transportation projects, high-rise condominium towers, multi-family rental communities, hotels, and educational facilities. Perantoni currently oversees Coastal’s Palm Beach office including team and project management and the continual development of client and local market relationships. His prior experience included everything from business development to project execution and managing construction contracts over $2 billion in value. Perantoni graduated from Florida International University with a master of science in construction management and received his bachelor’s in business administration from St. Thomas University.

In addition to their work, Moore and Perantoni have been active in numerous community organizations. Moore sits on the University of Miami Master of Construction Advisory Board, and is a member of the Center for Jewish Life Building Committee. Perantoni is an active member of the Florida International University Industry Council, former youth coach for baseball and softball where he coached for 15 years, and currently volunteers at the Rebuilding Together Broward County.
