Patrick Toohey Joins Goodell DeVries as an Associate

Goodell DeVries is pleased to announce that Patrick F. Toohey has joined the firm as an associate.

Patrick represents a wide range of clients in commercial and product liability litigation. He has significant experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation including pre-suit investigations, depositions, motions practice, and alternative dispute resolution in state and federal courts. 

Prior to joining Goodell DeVries, Patrick was a civil litigation attorney at a regional defense firm where he concentrated his practice on general liability matters, including commercial transportation and logistics, product liability, and premises liability. Before entering private practice, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Julie L. Glass in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable John Addison Howard in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Honorable Richard D. Bennett in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He was also a law clerk for the Deputy Attorney General in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General.
