Eric Souza
The Midtown Community Benefits District’s Board of Directors has named Eric Souza to replace Nan Rohrer as its new president. He started this month.
Before joining Midtown, Souza was Director of Operations for the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore, from August 2015 to January 2022. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Business Improvement District sector.
The Midtown Community Benefits District was authorized by law in 1996 to perform services that supplement city operations in four neighborhoods north of downtown: Bolton Hill, Charles North, Madison Park and Mount Vernon. Souza’s appointment comes morea than three months after Rohrer disclosed plans to leave step down.
