A winter storm could bring several inches of snow to Maryland on Friday and Saturday, although Baltimore can expect to see less of the action.
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for the Baltimore region from 4 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday. They advise people to watch out for slippery roads and walkways as hazardous conditions could impact their evening commutes.
In Baltimore, precipitation is slated to begin around lunchtime Friday and could start as a mix of rain and snow due to above freezing temperatures, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
