The financing was exclusively arranged by MMCC’s Robert Noeldechen, vice president in Marcus and Millichap’s New Haven office.
“There continues to be tremendous lender appetite for well-located triple net assets with strong tenancy” said Noeldechen.
The loan is structured with a 10-year term, an LTV of 75 percent and an interest rate of 3.42 percent.
