Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. Arranges $2.5M Financing for 7-Eleven in Houston

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, has arranged $2.5 million in acquisition financing for a 4,842 square foot 7-Eleven at 1206 Barker Cypress Road in Houston, Texas. The financing was exclusively arranged by MMCC’s Robert Noeldechen, vice president in Marcus and Millichap’s New Haven office.

“There was great lender appetite for this asset due to the quality of the tenant and its superior location in a rapidly growing submarket” said Noeldechen.

The loan for the 4,842 square foot property is structured with a five-year term, an LTV of 66 percent and an interest rate of 3.1 percent.
